We already work closely with a number of local letting agents as approved contractors and have developed good relationships built on years of honest, reliable assessments and satisfactory job completion.  The same can be said of our private landlords who own property in the Lincoln area, but do not live locally themselves.  They expect honesty and integrity and trust that we are operating in their best interests.

The rental market is competitive and tenants often have options when trying to find a suitable property to call home.  Making a property as marketable as possible can bring increased revenue and shorter tenant free periods.  A property is a valuable asset and carrying out maintenance when it is required will ensure it remains that way.

Whether it is a quick ‘makeover’ between tenancies, one-off or ongoing maintenance issues, or a project to install a new bathroom or kitchen we are always ready to help.

We are often asked to enter properties with tenants at work or University/college and in many cases this is standard procedure.  We will always inform the tenant before entering and will leave the property as we find it.

We like to offer you, the landlord the solutions to issues so that they do not reoccur.  We cannot always promise to offer the cheapest solution, if this is not the best long term answer to the problem.  We can however, assure you that we will endeavour to complete the task as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.

We offer no call out fee and are fully insured with a Master Tradesman public liability insurance policy.
